The owner announces that any non-communication or incorrect communication of one of the mandatory information has as a consequence:
the impossibility of the owner to guarantee the adequacy of the treatment to the contractual agreements for which it is performed
the possible non-correspondence of the results of the treatment to the obligations imposed by the fiscal, administrative and labor legislation
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13 and article 14 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data, as well as the free movement of such Data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter, also, "Regulation" or "GDPR") and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the Personal Data you voluntarily made available to LG DISTRIBUTION SRL (hereinafter, also "FEDUA" or "the Company") will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of Personal Data and the principles of confidentiality which inspire the Company's activity.

Personal data (name, surname, age, gender), email address, city, country;

The Personal Data you have made available to FEDUA will only be used following your express consent

In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of Personal Data will take place using suitable tools to guarantee security and confidentiality through the use of suitable procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination through electronic and/or paper archives
4. Recipients or Categories of recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be disclosed to company employees and/or collaborators specifically appointed. Your personal data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned, unless required by a law or regulation or by community legislation
5. Duration of treatment and criteria used for data retention
5.1 Duration
For the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 "Purpose of Processing" of this information, your Personal Data will be processed, until consent is revoked, only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above and/or for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations .
5.2 Data Retention
The personal data you provide and processed for the purposes described above will in no case be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Should a transfer become necessary in the future, this will only be possible following your informed and explicit consent
6. Privacy rights of the interested party
We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you may exercise the rights provided within the limits and under the conditions set forth in articles 7 and 15-22 of the GDPR. To exercise these rights, described below, please contact the Data Controller via the email address info@fedua.com; this request will be provided with an appropriate response within the timescales set by the GDPR.
In detail, the interested party has the right to:
- revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent before the revocation;
- ask the Data Controller for access, rectification or cancellation ("Right to be forgotten") of Personal Data or limitation of the processing of Personal Data concerning him or to oppose their treatment;
- obtain data portability;
- propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

The Data Controller of your Data is LG DISTRIBUTION SRL with registered office in Brescia (BS) Via Moretto 27, 25124 in the person of its legal representative. Any request relating to Personal Data processed by LG DISTRIBUTION SRL may be sent to the registered office of the Company, or by writing to the email address info@fedua.com. The updated list of persons appointed as Data Processors pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR is available from the Company and can be known through a specific request formulated in the manner indicated above.
