WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send LG DISTRIBUTION SRL a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication can be sent by REGISTERED DELIVERY with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal
The return of any item will be accepted, provided that it is intact and in the original packaging, refunding the entire amount excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer (as required by law).
Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.
After expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to Luca Gonzini Srl - Via Moretto, 27 - 555946 Brescia (BS). After the integrity of the product has been verified, the refund will be made, by crediting your credit card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance of the return. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in any case.
WARRANTY
All products sold by LG DISTRIBUTION SRL through www.fedua.com are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To use the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt (or invoice) that he will receive in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging.
